Years 4, 5 and 6 held a Roman Day in school today, and had a visit from a Roman soldier who taught them how to march and create the tustedo formation. Boudicca also visited, retelling stories of the Roman invasion of Brittania. The children enjoyed many activities, including creating Roman mosaics, looking at Roman numerals and playing rummy.
